导体需经拉制，挤压变形制成符合规定尺寸的退火软扁平铜线

Conductor need to the drawing, extrusion deformation made soft flat copper wire annealing within

the specified size

绝缘漆膜应是直焊性聚酯亚胺漆均匀的烘涂在导体表面

The insulating film of the wire shall be made by baking solderable polyester-imide insulating varnish

on the conductor uniformly

Test methods 检测方法

1. 外观Appearance [Reference Test] ：

当线材卷绕在线轴上,目视线材表面是否有刮伤或斑点，以判定线材的外观。

The wire shall be examined, as wound on bobbin, for existence of flaw or stain, by naked eye to

determine its appearance.

2.尺寸 Dimensions ：

遵照日本工业标准《JIS C 3216-2:2011》第 3.0 条款4/8

This shall comply with 3.0) of JIS C 3216-2:2011.

3. 柔韧性Flexibility :

遵照日本工业标准《JIS C 3216-3:2011》第 5.2 条款

4. 附着性Adherence:

6. 抗热冲击性Resistance to Thermal shock :

遵照日本工业标准《JIS C 3216-6:2011》第 3.2)条款, 将试样延伸 15%之后，放入 200±5℃空气

循环烘箱中，烘烤 30 分钟，冷却室温后，用 6-10 的放大镜检查漆膜有无开裂。

This shall comply with 3.2)of JIS C 3216-6:2011. After sample extension of 15%, in the 200±5℃ air

circulation oven, bake for 30 minutes, after cooling at room temperature, with 6-10 magnifying glass

check paint film with and without cracking.
